Burro takes the concept of a grilled cheese sandwich and flips it on its ever-loving head. By that, we mean that they infuse their artisan sandwiches with some of the tastiest cheeses and combinations of ingredients we've ever seen. Cured meats, delicious sauces, and fresh fruits are all par for the course at this food truck.
