This unique and endlessly interesting blast from the past, the Bull Valley Roadhouse, was built in 1897. The Roadhouse itself is updated, but with a timeless feel, offering patrons both pre-prohibition cocktails and a full dinner menu. 14 Canyon Lake Rd., Port Costa CA

High class fare in a cute, eclectic town. Great menu, coctails and atmosphere for a nice night out. Great Brunch too!

Funky eclectic restaurant in the tiny town of Port Costa... Half the fun is getting there - 12 minute drive down a windy road. There is also a bike/pedestrian path that connects Martinez with Port Costa.

Elecletic trip back in time with proudly prepared locally sourced. Ever changing menu always interesting. And the tiny village has unique odd and rare articles to shop over. Ancient hotel across the street looks inviting. Scenic drive to boot.
