Rent tubes and float down the beautiful San Marcos River. You can also just hang out and swim. Beautiful clean, refreshing river!

Located in city park and open during the summer months, the San Marcos Lions Club rents tubes you can use to float down river to Rio Vista dam. They pick you up and shuttle you back up river to do it again. This is a popular summer activity and this section of the river can get very crowded.

Great place for easy tube rental to soak in the sights along the San Marcos River. A bus takes you back to your car. Can get crowded, there are other great places in San MArcos or along the Guadelupe river as well
