It’s a huge park on top of the hill mountain that over looks the city Tbilisi . You can reach it by car, cab, bus, or Seilbahn (railway cab) . You will find here many different type of restaurants and bars. The best from me would at the first level restaurant cafe to grab yummy “ponchiki” or “Acharuli Xachapuri” to sip it with Laghidze water ( choosing from different type of tastes)

The magnificent building of Funicular Complex was built in 1938. Since then it is an architectural landmark and the trademark of Tbilisi. Nowadays Funicular Complex includes 4 separate dining facilities: Tbilisi's legendary restaurant Funicular with its fascinating Ballroom, traditional Georgian restaurant Chela and café Funicular. Each outlet is conceptually different and unique from one another with its delicious cuisine, distinctive service and the cozy interior.
