“Glaskogen Nature Reserve covers 28.000 hectares and includes over 300 km of hiking trails, with Lenungshammar at its centre where you can camp, rent a canoe and find tourist information. You can make excursions lasting one day or one week. The hiking trails include picnic spots, wind shelters and cabins. Maps (1:50 000 scale) can be purchased at the Tourist Information Centres in western Värmland, the petrol station in Glava or online on Glaskogen's webpage.”
