“Weight lifting/swimming/yoga, Anyone?!?!?! No disappointments here. It’s where I go to remove all of the brunch!! There is SO MUCH to do here and absolutely Everyone can enjoy.. from the little babies (daycare inside) to the elderly (specific personal trainers and gentle water aerobics classes). Heads up: for Non Members of a YMCA, the fee is $15.00 per person and per visit! Oh, and don’t forgot to grab yourself a cold smoothie from Smoothie King located right inside!!!”
