Try this wonderful pub in the rolling downs, really great location, nestled between the hills and wonderful for walks on the downs too if this is your thing. A pub that I've visited many times over the years.

Great pub at the bottom of Devils Dyke, so you can park in the car park, walk up the Dyke and then treat yourself to some lovely food afterwards.

lovely old English pub, has it all, fireplace, excellent food, old bar, beams across the ceiling, own ales, beer garden, stream, walking, parking, the drive there is lovely. one of my favorite tucked away traditional pubs
