Probably NH's best known feature is the beautiful White Mountains area. Known for some of the most beautiful hiking areas, be sure to get there early to take in all the sights. 1.5-2 hour drive depending on traffic

This mountain range includes, among the 48 highest peaks, the famous, and notorious, Mount Washington. Excellent hiking, mountain biking, downhill and cross-country skiing. One can also find pastoral swim holes to cool off on a hot day.

world renowned hiking! Can you summit all 48 4000 footers? Not in one trip, but that's another reason to come back again and again!

Point of Interest
“1 of just 6 locations in the world to feature man-made castles of ice right here in NH. Equally as stunning day or night. Like walking through a scene in "Frozen" or the set of the incredible violinist Lindsey Stirling's music video "Crystalize," which was filmed right in Brent's original ice castle installation in Colorado. Dress warm and come back each each year, these castles evolve and remain a once in a lifetime experience! ”
