Orginally named after the intersetion of two First Nations trails and then of the CP Railway's Ontario and Quebec lines with the Toronto, The Junction has quickly become one of the most “hip” and “stylish” neighborhoods boasting some of the the city's most interesting shopping destinations for eclectic art and design, home décor, and antiques. At night, the neighborhood comes alive as its many restaurants and bars create a buzzing nightlife.

Great furniture and style shops here. Men's and women's clothing, excellent dining, and a Saturday market. Very fun, start around Dundas and Keele St. and walk either east or west.

The Junction is a cool area with lots of great shops and restaurants. Go to Hole in the Wall & Indie Ale House for delicious food & atmosphere. Go to Mjolk for some of the best design in the world.
