Spectacular vista overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Fabulous dunes! Great swimming and body or board surfing. Ocean beach with high dunes, big waves, big wind, chilly water. Must walk down steep dune to reach the beach.

Beautiful beach but a high and steep dune to go up and down. One-day parking passes available, or beach sticker required.

Town-operated Ocean beach. Just up the road from Lecount's. Beach parking pass or day parking available. This one is a steep hike down to/up from the beach.

Fourth-year lifeguard Lydia Bicknell said while the dune requires a small walk, it allows visitors to see all of the Wellfleet beach — a beautiful view of the expansive shore and vast ocean ahead.
