Ruszwurm Confectionery

This 200 years old family owned confectionery is in the Buda Castle. Have a big walk on Tóth Árpád sétány and than taste some of the wonderful traditional Hungarian desserts here! In the summer time I have to take my daughter Lulu (3) to have ice cream here every day:-)

It's nice small and old fashionable cafe with very good quality - cookies ,sweetness and ice cream

This is the ideal place if you want to take a break after a long walk near Buda Castle, Fisherman’s bastion and Matthias Church. You’ll find different Austrian and Hungarian pastries, all very tasty and for a really good price. A little anecdote : it was Sissi’s favorite one! Go check it!

Opened in 1827 this is the oldest café in Budapest. Located in the castle district close to Mátyás cathedral. It is small and cozy, you can enjoy a specialty coffee and some excellent pastries.
