Great playground that's in the shade in the summer, which is hard to find. You can walk down to the beach on Lake Washington on a lovely path.

Lovely park winding down to Lake Washington. Swimming beach in the summertime. Connects to miles of walking/jogging paths along Lake Washington. Easiest access . . . walk East (right) on Lander (nearest cross-street) for 3 blocks and keep walking down into the park via the steep path. Head left to go toward the lake, right to go toward Mioposto or The Feed Store.
