This park is surrounded by water! You will see as if fisherman who are there all day long! It is located on Pelican Island (and yes-it is also close)! Parking is per vehicle at the park and once you leave you have to pay to come back in (IDK why they do that) so bring a packed lunch, go through the Navel Museum-and make a time of it!

Very scenic. Home of battleships. Great fishing on the bay. Watch the Ferry coming and going. There is a charge to get in and parking charge, fishing charge, and battleship charge. Look online for details.

Seawolf park is a great place for fishing or taking a tour of the WWII Submarine and one of only three destroyer escorts in the world, the USS Stewart. If you take a stroll down the pier you can look northwest and see the wreckage of the largest concrete ship, the SS Selma. Pack a picnic and enjoy!
