Fun place for kids to run around and have ice cream too! Locals hang out here too. We went every weekend we were in Topsail so my girls could use the jukebox!

This is the place to go after dinner with the kids for that must have beach experience of cool ice cream on a warm muggy evening with the mild sunburn to remind you that you are finally at the beach.
