A beautiful view of Fryksdalen. A must. Tossebergsklätten rises 343 meters above sea level and you get there on a two kilometer long "serpentine road" that rises over 200m. Once up, you'll be rewarded with a wonderful view. The name "Tossebergsklätten" suggests that in folklore it was considered that giants and mountain people lived here. Tosse is believed to allude to older dialect where tusse was giant and toss meant troll. The trolls and giants at Tossebergsklätten are said to be kind, so even children can be safe at the top. The road is not open during the winter time. In the summer the restaurant/café is open. I would advice you to order motti and pork which is a traditional dish from Värmland.

Sundsbergsleden attracts with views of Fryksdalen from Klövberget, magical old-growth forest and a pond. In spring, the sea of flowering puffins is an attraction. Both plant and animal life are unusually rich, depending on the calcareous bedrock. For example, seven of the country's eight woodpecker species are found in the area. Sundsbergsleden is located in Sundsberg's outdoor recreation area, within walking distance of Sunne city centre. The trail has several steep slopes.

Sunne Church. Sunne Church's history was initiated in the 13th century. The present church was rebuilt after a fire in 1886 and was completed in 1888.
Because of its size, the church is called "Fryksdalen Cathedral". The church's oldest object is the baptismal font from the 13th century.

Sundsbergs Gård was built in the middle of the 18th century and is preserved with a farm museum, a textile chamber, a dental museum and a forest museum. There is also an art gallery, a café with sales of handicrafts and premises of different sizes for rent. Handicrafts for sale.

She dreamt of bekng an artist and when her father forbade her to marry her love, August Nilsson, Ida moved to Stockholm. In 1903 she married her August without her father's blessing. Now, over 100 years later, Maria Amneteg steps is the tenant and her life has many similarities with Ida's. Ida was headstrong and creative and became widely known as "Fryksdalsmora" - narrator of stories at Fryksdalsmål at Skansen. She often performed with Calle Jularbo, a well-known accordion virtuoso. She also became known for her beautiful textiles and employed a large number of weavers in her hometown. However, the longing for home became too strong and after a while of negotiations, she and August bought Sillegårdsbrunn's Varmbadhus (bathing house) and in 1915 built the beautiful dining room in Old Norse style. In accordance with Ida's view of life and will, baronesses, working wives, admirals, farmers, directors and mill workers came together around the tables. Selma Lagerlöf was also a regular guest. Sillegården became widely known for its good food and people traveled a long way from here. They often came by Fryksdalsbanan, the tramway.

Torsby Skidtunnel & Sportcenter is a complete training facility where you live well, eat well and vary your training in a ski tunnel, on exercise tracks, roller ski tracks and cycling trails. The ski tunnel offers beginners, exercisers and elite snow-proof skiing in a constant climate.

Mattila is a Finn farm in the middle of Finnskogen with roots from the 1640s. Around finngården there is today a facility with cottages, hostels, restaurant, ski trails and hiking trails.
There is also a fire pallet hut,, earth hut, some shelters and a bathing area.
Snow and cold guarantee from 1 December to 15 April.
Mattila is known for its well-prepared ski trails for the whole family, ranging from 100 m to several miles, both in simple or tough terrain. Nice toboggan runs.
