Mattila is a Finn farm in the middle of Finnskogen with roots from the 1640s. Around finngården there is today a facility with cottages, hostels, restaurant, ski trails and hiking trails. There is also a fire pallet hut,, earth hut, some shelters and a bathing area. Snow and cold guarantee from 1 December to 15 April. Mattila is known for its well-prepared ski trails for the whole family, ranging from 100 m to several miles, both in simple or tough terrain. Nice toboggan runs.

I mattila finns de vintertid mycket fina skidspår att åka på och även sommartid finns de närliggande vandringsleder
