Soto is definitely one of the swankier restaurants around town. If you're a Japanese food connosieur, you must try the chef curated Omakase dinner. It's about $100 per person and the chef makes the menu as you dine. Otherwise, some don't miss items are ANYTHING truffled on the menu and the uni pasta!

15 mins drive. close by lakeline mall. High quality sushi bar. Cook is from Japan. The best value is their Sushi and Sashimi lunch and Sushi Deluxe lunch meal. Their chef's special are all sumptuous.
