Easy to moderate trail that leads to the Kern River in Kernville. Perfect for families. Head over to E Wings on the river for lunch or dinner afterwards!

Beginner's trail, fun and scenic

An easy to get to hiking trail from Kernville. The trail is somewhat rocky in parts, but relatively easy. There is a stream crossing a mile or so in that requires a little bit of balance. The trailhead is at the end of Burlando Rd and has a decent amount of parking available

There are 22 hiking trails for all abilities around here. The views are breathtaking!
