At the "entrance" of southern Pelion stands the historic village with its beautiful square, crowned by Pelion mansions and houses with flowery courtyards. For swimming, there are the beaches of Paou and Mikri Paou, Lefokastro, Horto and Kalamos in Pagasitikos, as well as Potistika, Melani and Paltsi in the Aegean.
