Chef Ronald Kunis: “Our guests will find out that history and the industrial premises blends together, combining a genuinely warm welcome, good quality and honest food. Our kitchen can be described as Mediterranean cuisine. Seasonal vegetables are my favourite ingredients. But a nice slice of fish or meat will certainly be part of my dishes to create healthy, light and fresh food, creating a satisfied fresh and energetic feeling after lunch or dinner.
