It is an historical building. This building was used as Russian embassy and prison in 19th century. It was recently renovated and awaits its visitors to offer them many kind of cafes, pubs, restaurants so on and so forth. The passage makes a difference on Istiklal street in its sparkling form. Just go and experience.

A nicely restored yard to enjoy a mid-day coffee at one of the coffee shops inside. (Sturbucks is one of them). You can also visit Museum of Illusions here.
