Okay, if you want to impress someone with the perfect dining pairing, it is oysters at Bar Melusine first, then a walk through a doorway to its next-door establishment, Bateau, a James Beard award-winning steak house.

FANCY! But has the best food I've ever had in Seattle. There's a whole wall of what steaks they have in host. Worth spending the money!
