Blue’s got their start as a mobile Airstream Coffeeshop, but just opened a gorgeous new brick and mortar storefront! The good folks here serve up incredible locally-roasted coffee and have a great rotating menu of creative drinks, and now have food and beer on tap! They’re open til 10pm or later most days which is a rare thing for a cafe in our region!
