A lovely, if steep, walk down to the rocky outcrop where seals congregate in their hundreds. In summer your likely to see pups lounging in the sun whilst their parents go fishing just off the shore. Please don't get to close, respect the seals' space.

Ravenscar is an odd place. Its beautiful and offers great walks, as well as the remains of Alum production, and a ghost village/station, where the railway was meant to serve, but was removed before it was established.
