Queens Park is one of the most known parks in Toowoomba. There is a children’s playground for families. It’s a great place for a picnic or barbecue. On one corner of Queens Park is the Botanical Gardens with beautiful flower gardens especially in Sept. The annual ‘Carnival of Flowers’ is on then.

Queens Park is a heritage-listed botanic garden. It was built from 1875 to 1970s. It is also known as Toowoomba Botanic Gardens. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 27 April 2001. Large, leafy park featuring playgrounds, fields & a historic botanical garden with formal displays.
