The heart of East Village. This is a lively area, popular with the younger crowd, filled with bars, thrift stores, cheap and trendy restaurants.

St. Marks is one of the funkiest neighborhoods in NYC. A short walk from Greenwich Village or take the 6 train/subway to Astor Place. Great local pubs, asian restaurants, tattoo parlor, and funky shops. Get off the beaten path and check out his East Village neighborhood!
