Danish restaurant with local, seasonal food. High prices.

1-star Michelin restaurant (2019): This restaurant sets itself the challenge of only using Danish ingredients - hence the name - so expect lots of techniques, creativity and imagination in their 4 or 8 course menus. It's housed in a period property that's been everything from a school to a dairy; the burnt oak dining tables are lovely.

One star Michelin. Super super tasty! Even if you're on a budget - go get a glass of wine and sit in their basement. There is an old well in the middle of it from ancient times. You have to see it to believe it.
