In the Midwest, it's hard to find fresh fish, and out in the country even more so. Seafood Specialties is one of our favorite places because they have a wide variety of fresh-frozen fish. The mahi-mahi is excellent, trout, Royal Reds Shrimp, many different types of crab. If you are a seafood lover, you'll want to check out S.S.!! Great for grilling!
