A few kilometers from this village, among the wooded hills, far from any trace of civilization, there is the Temple of Sinca Veche or Temple of Desires. The rupestra monastery at Sinca Veche, supposedly dating back to about 7000 years, considered by historians as the only place in the world, is 36 km from our location.
