This bar is small and dingy but it is also one of the oldest bars in Arizona and has a charm to it. There is a pool table and shuffleboard table if you can squeeze in to use either of them.

Best dive bar if you really want to dive deep. The fact that they open at 6AM gives you a clue...that and the pickled pigs feet.
Tucson's oldest dive bar. This place has such a historical story to it dating back to the prohibition, that you can still feel the energy in the people. Despite ignorant assumptions, dive bars are actually very welcoming and open to new comers, and the Buffet bar is no exception. The patrons are all nice, the bartenders are like family (and sometimes sassy), and the drinks are always strong. Its in downtown, so its a great home base whether you decide to catch a show, dance, or grab a bite. Kids not allowed.
