Technically not in Sugar Land, this is my favorite FREE museum in Houston thanks to generous donors, and few people even know about it! Now renamed Houston Christian University, this campus' gem is extremely educational: there's so much to learn about how far we as humans have come in the area of human rights & education. It's not a huge exhibit, but there is a lot of history & info. Be sure to ask to watch the free 20 minute documentary. It blew my mind.
