The drive up to the viewing platform is half the treat with this one, panoramic views and don't forget to take some bottles with you to enjoy the fresh spring water on the way.

Go to the top of the observation tower at the summit of Mt Donna Buang and take in the 360 degrees views of all the surrounding ranges. Get lucky and experience the snow!

At an elevation of 1245 metres, the summit features a lookout tower which is 21 metres high and offers panoramic views over Melbourne, the Yarra Valley, Dandenong and Cathedral Ranges, Mount Baw Baw and the Alps. It is also a popular picnic area and starting point for walks on the mountain. The picnic area has gas barbecues, fireplaces, picnic tables, toilets and a lookout.
