Rockland has a little bit of everything. There's a boat ramp, bank fishing, walking trails and lots of covered picnic areas. It's a great place to go relax, take children to the playground, or just get some quiet time in with a great view.

This is a nice little park right on Old Hickory Lake across from Anchor High Marina.
