Vietnamese Cuisine with lot of touches from Western cooking techniques. Definitely need to try the Crab fried rice with the famous 100USD Pho or Banh Mi. Ensure your complete experiences for Vietnamese Food.

Anan is a contemporary Vietnamese restaurant we help designed and developed. The foods are definitely phenomenal and creative! To be clear, Anan is not the place for traditional Vietnamese food. However, Peter, the chef has carefully curated and taken the recipes to another level in his restaurant. It's so delicious, still very Vietnamese, original and each dish has great story! My favorites are the taco(bomb!), Vietnamese Pizza and the porkchop (which melts in your mouth). Don't over look the drinks menu! They have insanely good cocktails. You have to try the Tra Da Cocktail and Mulberry. They're the perfect drinks after a hot dayout in Saigon.
