Another upscale dining option in downtown Berkeley Springs. This restaurant offers great food by Chef Devon and the restaurant doubles as an art exhibition for local artists. Don't want to do fancy? Try the bar at Tari's for the same good food with a more relaxed feel."

Tari's serves an incredible tomato-basil bisque for lunch (and dinner!) I particularly enjoy the pecan-crusted salmon filet with spinach and gingered mashed sweet potatoes for dinner. They also have steaks! Weekend dinner is usually busy, but the crowd is gone by 8pm or so. Most places in town close early compared to the city--fair warning. :)
