Superbe restaurant gastronomique dans le cadre bucolique du golf de Carcassonne dans une demeure style Empire (Aucune étoile au Michelin - le chef s'y refuse). Offrez-vous si vous le pouvez le grand menu de saison : une féerie. J'ajoute que ce n'est pas un de ces restaurants "Gastro" qui vous laisse repartir avec la faim...Bien au contraire.

The Bernard Rigardis Restaurant is probably the finest place to eat in Carcassonne. A little heavy on the wallet but still great value and great service.
