Another alternative to Beacon Train Station. Super convenient and goes straight to and from NY Grand Central Station.

Metro North Train Station - take the train to NYC - you'll be at Grand Central Terminal in 1hr 15 min. Beacon is an 8 minute trip and Peekskill is 15 minutes. Also, you can park here for free on the weekends.
