Cure- One of my favorite dinner restaurants in Pittsburgh! Their specialty is house butchered and cured meats and a variety of pasta and entire dishes. Owner and chef, Justin Severino was just voted to have the best charcuterie board in the country.

Cure's salumi board is a feast for carnivores: duck speck, Spanish chorizo, culatello, choppa secca, rabbit terrine, duck rillettes, and a whole lot more. Be adventurous and dont be intimidated by the boards more unconventional meats.
