Sawtell beach is a pristine surf beach and home to the Sawtell Surf Life Saving Club. The beach is patrolled during the warmer months, September to April. Nearby, the Bonville Headland Lookout is a great place for a picnic, whale watching or just enjoy the views and spectacular summer sunsets.
Sawtell is a gorgeous coastal village 6 mins drive from the Mint House. This is the place to go for swimming, strolling and eating! Great bars, cafes and restaurants (some of the best on the Coffs Coast). Flanked by two stunning headland lookouts and creek estuaries - Boambee and Pine Creeks. Great for kayaking, SUPs and swims!
