The Exchange is the best coffee shop in the Green Bay area. They are very responsive, friendly, and community oriented. The place itself is beautiful, and it's a fun place to enjoy a seasonal latte and one of their signature bubble waffle-themed meals.

Very cool, dark lit coffee shop. Their food and salads are good and creatives. Couches are great if you can get one. They are CLOSED Sundays (only downside) but the place was built by a religious / church group that's why. I always get their cappuccino - sometimes crepes.
