One of the finest medieval streets in Galway, containing many relics of 16th and 17th century. It is located within the the original city walls in what is now known as The Latin Quarter. Now home to many bohemian style cafes, bars, craft shops and the upmarket, excellent Kirwan's Lane restaurant. Goyas is also well worth a visit, particularly for their delicious cakes.
