Touristy town with large lake you can walk all around. Many cafés and a swimming pool. You can swim in the lake if you like it fresh. 20 minutes drive away.

The largest lake in the Black Forest is only a short train ride away from Freiburg. The clear lake invites you to swim and go for a walk. If you still haven't had enough, you can enjoy an 18 km long hike (that's how far it is if you want to walk around the lake completely). So pack your rucksack and off to the Schluchsee!
