Puka serves up healthy, hearty meals from early morning breakfasts to late lunches. Delicious vegetarian options as well. It's all good mood food all round!

Right across from where we live with a beautiful view on Table Mountain. This small daytime eatery has been around since 2002 and owner run by Michael and cheff Siza. The food is always good and it is well priced. Lots of vegetarian options too. Try their spicy chicken and avocado wrap and don't miss out on the best white chocolate cupcakes.

Walk 2 blocks along Tamboerskloof road towards Table mountain for a scrumptious breakfast and a very good coffee. Known for an oasis on the edge of town, with beautiful views of the iconic Table Mountain for coffee on the go, a leisurely breakfast or lunch
