Nice historical building. They have more than 20 bells that play music each hour. If the weather is good, you can have the most astonishing view from up the tower... however, you'll have to wait looooong hours till you get to climb it, with no lift, all the 366 stairs. For the price (€12,00/person)…

“Incontournable! Dominique Persoone est sans aucun doute le plus iconoclaste des chocolatiers belges avec un travail qui laisse libre court à des associations de saveurs pour le moins originales. Il apporte un vent de fraîcheur, d'insolence et de créativité dans l'univers du chocolat souvent assez feutré. Son ouverture d'esprit dans l'association des saveurs en fait un chocolatier singulier. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Dans son magasin-atelier, on peut suivre en direct tout le processus de production du chocolat depuis la fève qu'il va lui-même planter dans les régions de production. ”
