The Williamson Museum promotes the unique culture and heritage of Williamson County with their exhibits, educational programming, monthly hands-on events and other events for the public. The Museum also provides tours of the Historic Williamson County Courthouse. The Museum is open Wednesday – Friday, noon – 5 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Also, stop by on First Fridays, 6 – 8 p.m.

The Williamson Museum is a 501 non-profit corporation established in 1997 to collect, preserve and exhibit items relating to the culture and heritage of Williamson County, Texas. The museum is located at 716 S. Austin Ave on the historic square in Georgetown, Texas, in the former Farmers State Bank building.
