Boscoincitta is managed by Italia Nostra, a non-profit organization whose aim is to protect Italy’s historical, cultural and environmental heritage. The large park is located west of Milan and covers an area of 120 hectares, complete with woods, trails, clearings and waterways, and it is common practice - especially for the young — to spend a whole day here with friends. It's also a popular place to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and any other special occasion! Tips : Bring a ball with you and fun is guaranteed. Take bus 72, and get off at S. Romanello, Via Novara. An ancient farmhouse, Cascina San Romano, is located in the center of the park. Environmental education classes are held here for children. Plan to stay: 2-3 hours
