Niko Romito is the Ottolenghi of Italy; this is a place for special occasions and artistic & culinary inspiration. He offers a hotel, a vineyard, a fixed menu, however be prepared to spend a small fortune. Well worth it; don't be surprised if you see a Napoli footballer or two.
