La terrasse du bar de la bibliothèque royale, peu connue des bruxellois et quasi inconnue des touristes, est située au dernier étage du bâtiment et offre une vue imprenable sur le centre-villa! Lieu reposant....

This is the National Library of Belgium, it is free to visit If you go up with the elevator you have a wonderful view of Brussels. Check out opening time and try it! There is also an outdoor terasse where you can have coffee.

Try their canteen for lunch ! It's on the top floor - and they grow vegetable on the rooftop ! A way to peep into our world... ;-)

The Royal Library is a quite impressive place, so it's worth it to go if only to admire the inside of the building. But the thing is, it also has a little cafeteria on the 5th floor, which has a very nice terrace. So if you want to enjoy a nice view of the surrounding area, be sure to stop by.

Basically unknown to the public, this library houses the largest and most important collection for coins and medallions in the world.
