A nice restaurant beside the marina in Mussel town Havelock. If you like Mussel or you have not tried green mussel before, this is the right place to visit.

Great food, overlooks marina so is always interesting to watch the comings and goings of boats. You can go there just for a coffee also.

Re-opened as the Slip Inn Store it functions as a cafe during the day and a bar (sometimes at night). Great place to sit and watch people launch their boats at the marina. Great view over the hills that surround Havelock. We recently went there when they did a beer and burgers night on the weekend. Pretty decent burgers and the best range of craft beer in Havelock
