Definitely will need a vehicle to get out here, but this is a really cool spot to come do some local nature sight seeing. You can walk, but I prefer biking out here with my dog to cover more ground. Its a bigger park than you may think. There are lots of trails and bridges over the swamps that look really cool. You'll be out in the nature so plan accordingly. There is lots of natural wildlife that lives out there and you may get lucky and see some!

The perfect location for hikers, cyclist and nature lovers. There are many trails on site from which you can observe native wildlife roaming freely. There are 24 miles of trails and over a mile of boardwalks that lead through Cypress domes. Be sure to bring your binoculars and cameras for bird and wildlife watching.
